What is My Sleep Affirmations

My Sleep Affirmations app is meant to break through limiting beliefs by reprogramming the subconscious mind and unlocking your unlimited power to reach any desire you want.


By recording the affirmations with your own voice and have them repeated 1000’s of times over while you are sleeping you are “brainwashing” your subconscious mind to believe in the affirmations – and what you believe you become. It works even deeper as the affirmations are recorded by yourself so your subconscious mind will be more open to receive it as it is a voice it is very familiar with.

Before your sleep session you can choose which affirmations you would like to hear, how often should they be repeated, the duration of session and length of the break before starting. This gives you the opportunity to fall asleep first without getting distracted by the affirmations, or have them play right from the start – if that’s what you want.

In the app you will find different categories with affirmations. You can simply navigate through affirmations to find the ones that suites you best or you can create your own.

The subconscious mind is the entire part of mind that is outside what we are conscious of. It does not only regulate all the processes for the physical body to function but is also where our beliefs and habits are stored. It’s because of the subconscious mind you can be totally somewhere else mentally while driving but still be able to navigate through the traffic without getting in an accident.

It controls the conscious mind that we use daily to make various decisions. In order to change your life, you will have to break the patterns that you make with your conscious mind.

And because our consciousness is controlled by subconsciousness, the real life-changing step is to reprogram the subconscious mind and the beliefs that it feeds the conscious mind.

Because while your conscious mind is resting at night, the subconscious mind is always awake During sleep it helps regulate the body to rest and recharge as well and going wild in the dream world. In order to break patterns and limiting beliefs, it is best to reprogram subconsciousness while the conscious mind is sleeping, because there will be clear access to it as it doesn’t have to go through the “barrier of the conscious mind”. By hearing your recorded affirmations repeatedly during your sleep, the subconscious mind will adapt and take that information in.

It will be a bit confused to begin with as it is hearing itself says things that’s out of tune with what it believes, but after some time there will be synergy and new beliefs about yourself will be planted in the subconscious mind. And the subconscious mind is the puppeteer of the conscious mind so the new beliefs and patterns will be shaped by the way the conscious mind acts.

It is proven that we attract what we believe in and it is called the law of attraction. Hearing recorded affirmations while sleeping and seeing them while awake will result in proving the subconsciousness that it is true. This means that you deeply believe that you are worthy to reach your goals and that you will achieve what you desire. This will activate the law of attraction.
